Loan Processing

Do you have enough mortgage business but are consumed by the nuisances of loan processing? Do you enjoy generating loans but hate the processing part of it?

Here is what’s included with each loan processing job:

  • After you do the initial qualification, and provide initial documentation(see below), we evaluate the case for completeness so the process can start immediately.
  • Order appraisal from your preferred appraiser.
  • Contact your lender to obtain a list of required documentation and provide that documentation accordingly. We will also setup any online accounts they may require to work expeditiously.
  • Contact your closing agent to obtain a list of their closing document requirements, and provide that documentation accordingly.
  • Follow up with the different lender agents for timely submission of additional documentation.
  • We provide you with weekly updates on all your cases in excel format.
  • Request either through you or from your client directly(whichever you prefer), additional documentation needed to close the loan.
  • Revision of final HUD prior to closing for accuracy to make sure all your fees are properly accounted for.
  • Provide a complete documentation package after closing. Alternatively we can provide all documentation and signed forms in electronic form using industry standard pdf format as backup.
  • Provide the updated client’s Calyx Point .brw file for your records.
The initial documentation from your brokers should include the following:
  • Initial Calyx Point(.brw) file. Other LOS programs will be added in the future.
  • All completed and signed forms by your client.
  • Proper documentation from your client as per your lender’s initial requirements. We can provide a list of the typical documentation if need be.
  • Contact information for your preferred appraiser, lender, and title agent.

In the event your broker is very busy and is unable to pre-qualify your customer, we can do that for you as well for a small fee. We have done it many times in the past as we are also licensed mortgage brokers.

And one more thing. Since we process loans for several broker companies and in the interest of fairness to all parties, we will keep strict confidentiality between your cases and those of any other broker company. No information will be shared with anyone other than your own broker that may put your company at a disadvantage with a competitor. We want to earn and keep your trust.
